Elite World Grand Istanbul Kuecuekyali Hotel

The venue provided us with an exceptional and luxurious stay. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs, and the spa lounge was especially relaxing.

We did experience one minor issue with the service. Although the staff were generally friendly and accommodating, we found it frustrating that they didn't readily offer assistance.

The hotel staff, especially the reception and pool area staff, were friendly and went out of their way to find us a spot by the pool quickly. The hotel also offered free covered parking and had a mall nearby. The sea view room was a nice complimentary promotion. The breakfast, although lacking in sweet options, was good overall with English speaking staff.

Felt very comfortable and at home, no complaints.

Very good staff and rooms, we liked our stay in the hotel. The restaurant here was nice on the 15th floor, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. Visited their restaurant Elite couple of times.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those looking to use the metro, however it is quite far from the main attractions. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the service was quite good. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a few options to choose from. The hotel had a nice spa and big pools both inside and outside for guests to enjoy.

Some members of staff were rude and unhelpful during our stay.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge in the deluxe double room. Everything seemed perfect, exceptionally clean and the staff were affable people with the manager. A luxurious hotel, my first choice in Istanbul.

The hotel had a luxurious lobby and entrance, giving off a feeling of luxury. the rooms were lovely and comfortable, with a great shower that had a rainfall option. the spa access included in the room price was a major advantage, with a lovely indoor and outdoor pool and a steam sauna. the spa area also had a unique adventure shower with different water options. the breakfast sent up to the room through room service was served quickly and the hotel offered a free upgrade for a future visit.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the main attractions, making it inconvenient for sightseeing. It took about an hour in a taxi to reach popular destinations.

Fantastic and stunning location near Hilltown. Great restaurant within short walking distance to the hotel. The deluxe queen room was new-fashioned with central heating, pay TV and a safe box.

The staff at Elite World Grand Kucukyali went above and beyond when I left my phone in a taxi. They acted quickly and I had my phone back within an hour. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! We could easily walk to a great shopping mall nearby. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the spa and gym facilities.

Staff and food are great, I appreciated staying here. All in all it's exceptionally clean place, they have comfortable beds. Kucukyali subway stop is within walking distance of the place, some 20 minutes on foot.

The building is big and reasonably spacious. Hotel rooms are beautiful with a very nice view as well as all facilities.

Staff is brilliant, breakfast awesome, location is unbeatable adjacent to a hill, bagdat street and central Istanbul. Breakfast with a great view. Pool area is amazing, loved this place.
